don't no much but i hope you can get it running
you need the files for it. i forgot which but go online for the sonic mania plus data files and find out where to put them
you need it on your pc beforehand. then you need to copy the 'data.rsdk' file (iirc)
It finally works I already had the data.rsdk file before but it wouldn't work
