can pretendo simulate streetpass? cuz' im getting a lot of ¨hits¨ lately from people from the other corner of the world!

i dont know about pretendo.. but if you have netpass it does the exact thing you described.
pretendo has streetpass relay but this only work with the friend you add on 3ds
