personally, a helpful coping skill ik for thoughts abt it is just distracting yourself, play a game, draw, write, just do anything healthy to keep your mind off it,

..however, for actual urges, snapping a rubber band on your arm, putting ice on your arm, or drawing lines on it can help as well :] i hope you feel better, btw
