How do find my friend code and how do i put someone on my 3ds if i have friend code ?

It is in friends, which is on top of the touchscreen on the home screen. Once in there I'm pretty sure your friend code is on the top screen! You friend people with their friend code which they find in the same way. The way to friend people is by pressing a button on the touch!
