Are the admins of Pretendo only ones allowed to create communities on miiverse? and will the users that own a 3ds, and have installed Pretendo, eventually be able to create their own communities? btw im new here kinda ^^′

I think with such a popular platform, allowing users to make their own communities will turn into a mess and a nightmare for moderation. Plus, original Miiverse didn't allow for users to make their own communities. The only way I can see this working is if only trusted-
people can make communities but that just defeats the purpose of it because then the group of trusted people will likely be very small.
