i have never played a monster hunter game before, is this game good as an entry point

I‛d say 4U is the better entry point but 3U is also really good

This was my first. Good point bc less monster at the start but more unique ones. Its Tastunoku v Capcom not Marvel v Capcom. Also no old chicken monsters. They (chicken monsters) either are too spastic, or giant weird hitboxes.
