i have the same issue on my wii u.
Did you “launch the plugin” in the Nimbus app? I've had to launch Nimbus everytime I want to access online.
I would ask for help in the pretendo discord server, they can help trouble shoot
You need to use "launch plugin" on nimbus, and check if you're running the latest version. In ACNL case, dream suites won't work if you only checked that
