that would require Tomodachi Life's source code, which, as far as I'm aware, isn't available legally because Tomodachi Life is a closed source Nintendo game...
the closest you can get to having Tomodachi Life on the Wii U is by streaming a 3DS through NTR CFW and then using NTR view.
