aw, sorry that happened to you! im not sure that there is a way to fix rot. is there any chance it isnt functioning because of scratching? you could try scratched disc repair methods like toothpaste. hope you figure it out

Do you have a USB? you can have your fisic copy in a digital copy with a homebrew! or if you cant, buy the game and put the save data that you have saved in your fisical copy into the copy that you buy in digital format, other think that just that disc is dirty/grated
