just use rock pikmin
Rocks deal lots of damage. Bring a ton of rock pikmin and 10 of each other type to deal with the hazards that rocks can't hit (specifically fire and water, wing pikmin shouldn't be needed since iirc the rocks can't be impaled by the plasma wraith.)
