Install games (obviosly), install custom themes, install Virtual Console games if you like games from older consoles, install Twilight Menu ++ if you like to play DS games, install CTGP-7 if you like Mario Kart 7 and finally, play online games using Pretendo Network. :)
Also congratulations for your 3DS modding! You gonna like what you can do whth it.
