they havent added it on 3ds yet i dont think

it depends on what you are using you can take a screenshot on 3ds by doing L+DOWN+SELECT and then scroll down to take screenshot and then click on it but you cant post it on miiverse for 3ds

but for wii u you can use the screenshot plugin for aroma and take a screenshot and post it on miiverse for wii u
