Does anyone else's Wara Wara Plaza show question marks sometimes? How can I fix this?

Wholesome mk8 online fact: Two players, named cleeton (from brazil) and laura (from france) play almost daily in the afternoons on pretendo network! They have 40000 vr each, and they have been playing since I've joined pretendo in august.
