S1 has more graphical effects than 3. For exemple, the screens reflection on the ground do not appear in 3. It's a shame cuz it adds a lot of realism. In 3, the trees can't be painted, while in 1 you can even see the ink drain. In 2 & 3, no smoke comes out the guns unlike 1.
