How to hide a Wii (U) in a computer

you know the IR thing on the back of the 3ds? can it be used for like idunno, turning off a tv?

i swear juxt is so random, someimes i see the screenshot button (dosent work cus 3ds) and sometimes its hidden. whats happening?

btw if yo use the dpad while typing a message you can find the hidden upload screenshot button (i think), you can't use it though.
