Trying to play 100 Mario challenge but I keep getting the error code 106-0103. does anyone know what that's about and how to fix it?

Guys, is it weird that I actually prefer physical media over digital? I just get a good feeling whenever I hold a cartridge in my hands and pop it into my console that I just don't get whenever I digitally download something.
