why isn't my online working it was just working this weekend. now its not working today

I got a 3DS that was previously modded from a Japan to USA Region and Pretendo works great!

I'm trying to use WiiLink24 on my vWii because I want to order pizza on my Wii U but i keep getting error code 51330 :(
