i need help getting mods, last time i tried with the anti crash shop thingy for octolings it wouldnt let me play splatoon also how do i open the caffine menu for my mods? i downloaded it but dont see it on my home screen

so far i modded my childhood 3ds and wii next is the wii u but too bad i dont have a computer sd card adapter (modded my wii and 3ds with iphone)
