the GBA homebrew Goodboy Galaxy finally released last month! i guess i'd call it a 'subtractive metroidvania'? the devs are awesome, they even provide a 3DS .cia for it on the itch page. i 100%'d it last weekend. the prologue demo is free and pretty substantial. check it out :D
