By any chance does anyone know why Swapnote is in my redownloadable software if I never installed it back then? I got my 3DS pre-modded, reset the NNID and made my NEW NNID. Eventually I uninstall CFW and reinstalled fresh to remove old owner data. Did Swapnote transfer over?

Hey, the only app I own from download history is Swapnote. I heard it was discontinued in 2013 but I can still receive notes from friends who also have the app, through Spotpass. Can somone explain, did Pretendo add something? Why does Spotpass feature work for me?
