How do people have a cup of tea before they sleep?? Doesn't it have caffeine?

Its 3 am, tomorrow I have to go to school, and I cant sleep :"c ☆

i feel like im being controlled, all of a sudden im standing there and then my body does its own thing for an hour or so without my control and then i snap back, i dont know whats going on, its 4am. please help.
