Where is the third star?

Has anyone been experiencing connectivity issues on their Wii U? Mine wouldn't connect since yesterday, but it connected just fine now. My Wii is the only device giving me issues. All of my other deviced connected just fine.

Hello, is there a way to play this game on the Wii U? i dont have a 3DS. it seems like there used to be a way to do it. Does anyone know?
