Message of the day: fast. As a christian, I see that in some things we shall fast for our good, for example food, phone, videogames... everything that is in excess, so that we can detach ourselves from that dependency that doesn't help us improve at all. I do that for me & God :)

Resist temptation. As a christian, I see that I get costantly tempted to do what I shouldn't do, but I still do it, because of the flesh that makes me sin, but If we remain in the spirit, we remain peaceful and joyful, and by overcoming tempations with God, we became stronger :)

A thing that I see with myself, and also this happens with other christians, that as I get closer to God temptations became bigger. In this case, God only asks to us to resist, and to always think that the temptation comes from the enemy, who lies to us. We have to put an effort.
