i have tried everything from reseting my console to reinstalling the app but my netpass app won't load at all, all of a sudden. any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated.

I keep getting error code 101-0502 when I try to load a match, im using Pretendo and it says when I do a connection test it's successful but I can't get into a Splatoon game, how do I fix this?
