does anything vaguely-stylus shaped work on the 3DS? tried using my wacom stylus and it worked reallywell even though i doubt it was intended

probably unrelated to this community but why is it so hard to charge my 3ds while using it??? i keep having to bend the cord in all sorts of different ways to get the orange power light and it sucks, i've gone through like 3 of these now

is it easier to draw on a 3DS or a 3DS XL, i assume it's the latter but i figured i'd ask
