I just installed the Tomodachi Enterprise mod, could someone tell me what it contains?

So i started my island today, and my time is am instead of pm on the game. how do i fix this?

I was thinking of an idea for a Roblox port to the 3DS [with mods obviously lol]. I think it would use the console version of Rblx. Fun fact this is my first post on Miiverse!
