when are 3ds screenshots gonna happen?

I can recieve swapnotes via streetpass but my notes never seem to send? why is that?

my dadgum new 2ds xl circle pad has stick drift while my decrepit OG decade old 3ds with broken sholder buttons still works

I haven't fed my test subjects in months. I wonder how they're doing...
