Wii U Miiverse Chat is W Goons

Just got my TV to work with my Wii U, now I can play with my Wiimote. :D

Hi everyone, I just recently obtained Nintendo Land, however when I try to update it, it won't. Is there any way to update the game?

Since my 3DS crashes whenever I have the Wi-Fi on, I am unable to do a certain step, so until I get a new 3DS, I'm stuck as a Wii U player. :(
