TLDR: Nintendo cannot do anything. Guys, nintendo cannot do anything, the pretendo side of the console has no connection to Nintendo or their server. If nintendo takes this into legal territory, we will most likely win. Plus, nintendo is more focused on their newer consoles.

Just chillin in my bed late at night playing shin megami tensei IV, ive played III before but decided to play this one cuz its more beginner friendly. 2 hours in and its very good, i forgot how much fun balling up in bed with my 3ds at night is. so much nostalgia!
