When is splatoon 2 coming out?

Just got 4 days off work to endlessly scroll on miiverse

im deadass, my local target and best buy are SO outdated they still sell wii u/3ds games and consoles to this day

i wonder if you can still gift charracters little items when they level up...i think they might replace the 3ds with a switch since its a new console

pov me and my freind are exited but my other freind is meh
