A tip that helps me with drawing on 3ds and gamepad is to use something thinner than a 3ds stylus :) Somehow it is easier to see each pixel you're editing

Why can't we post text symbols like the pictochat symbols, buttons and such on here? (At least on 3DS) is it a bug?
