Does anyone know how to do online multiplayer in the 3ds version? Is there not a server for this game or something?

Please help, i'm trying to access online services in the 3ds version of this game, but I keep getting error code 006-0102. I've made sure I was up to date on FBI, I updated luma3ds when things weren't working, and I deleted and reinstalled nimbus, I need help.
