for anyone else not able to add friends because friends list says ur offline i think its fixed now bc i was able to add people

how do i get “online”? i try to add friends on friends list and it says i am not online

tried to connect to internet on pokemon y after finally figuring out pretendo and it still didn't work. could it be due to the masses of people using pretendo at once or is it my issue?
