i bought a splatoon game disk when i put it in and start it ,the system requires an update (system or the game? i don't understand japanese) the nintendo server has shut down，so i can' update it ,any solution?

Is ns2 worth to buy now? Or just wait until nintendo releases some new games like new mario game or even splatoon4?

Although we can play some multiplayer games via pretendo. There's still no way to play multiplayer games like Call of duty because it uses Activision sever instead of nintendo sever.
