what are some 3ds must-play titles you reccomend? i'm looking to branch out my interests and play some great titles!

is it just me that gets random streetpasses like 10 seconds after i turn on wireless communication from netpass? it's definitely not from real streetpasses, the people are different every time, i checked. is there a setting i need to tick off in netpass to stop this?
