Ok so I have Netpass on my 3ds. But how come I'm not getting hundreds of Miis in my Streetpass plaza? I'm at the netpass mall, hardly anybody is there.

I made that post last night because... My foreign exchange friend is going back to their home country and... I said goodbye to them last night :'( I just wanted to post words of encouragement for everyone who also feels the same way or has felt it in some way.

Is there a speed up plugin so that my game can go faster? I wanna continue my shiny only playthrough of HG.. But it's so slow... Like normal game speed.
