Anyone else get a software update failed download in their wii u download manager?

Bro I got into my first match and someone on blue team was hacking and had infinite bombs and when I went to play another match it kept saying that a communication error ocurred so now I guess no more splatoon until I can make it into a match. :(

Ima tell u guys a secret. This is my first time playing any splatoon game but the servers are down so i cant play.

Bro why cant i get into a match with anyone?
