Ok how to I download the patch that re enables the online services in this game?

Help I lost my game cartridge for this game! What do I do?

Literally all I did was change some mii's relationship statuses and my game corrupted

Every time i change something in the save editor, my save ends up corrupted! I am using mods if it helps.
