A meta question. I thought this service would've been really niche when I first heard about it but the amount of posts I see daily makes me have to ask a question to those willing to answer: Why use Pretendo/Miiverse instead of more common forms of social media?

It's nice not being reminded constantly about the current state of the world, and Miiverse has always had a certain charm about it, hard to describe really.
cause ion think pretendo sells my data to silicone city or whatever its called. also its fun
Because im sick of seeing politics, racial division, and hate every time i log on. I dont care what anyones beliefs, or ideology are. I simply cant understand why we cant just be human toward one another these days.
tbh ray thats on here too. no matter where you go there will be conflict in some capacity.
Myself and many others find this place to be very peaceful because of the fact that none of the people here are trying to start politics, hate, or cancel each other over options or something that happend in the past and plus its the wii u, it has this relaxing feeling to it :)
Bc juxt is a website which is why it is purple and people use it because there are profiles which is why it is a miiverse revival
Social media past is social media future. Moving from subject spesific forums and chatrooms to centralized websites was a fun experiment for awhile, but you can't control spread and it's too easy to upset people outside your target. So, people are moving back. Makes sense really.
