Do you all remember the Pokéwalker, that little accessory used with pkmn HG/SS ? I realized that i could hack it using a RCE exploit through IR, i managed to write/compile/run assembly code for it, tho i still need to find a way to use the graphics to make actual homebrew on it

@Jenny Funny enough, the WiiU Fit Meter uses the EXACT SAME chip as the pwalker (a derivate of the Renesas H8-300), but the actual software is structured differently

@tyy Somebody already did it, i used some of his code to inject my custom payloads to the device (using the 3DS IR)

@Jenny you said "for what?"... ...it's for making little homebrew games on the device ofc, nobody even did that because it's too niche but it's actually not that hard and could be useful

Could you rewrite the firmware in the wii fit one to make it run the pokewalker firmware?

@Vault Boy Technically it could be possible if all the MMIO and SoC registers are the same, but it would need a bit of reverse-enginnering to see if it's really possible (tbh i think it would work)
