use qrcode reader! you can find qrcodes at die.page.gd/cec.html (working on 3ds)

If you want travellers, 1) Launch NetPass on your 2ds/3ds 2) go to settings -> scan QR code 3) on another device, take some traveller QR codes (for example on die.page.gd) 4) scan with NetPass 5) you have your travellers!
