It's up to you. If you're used to sticks, maybe you shouldn't change, but if you're not then motion control is way way better, it's "Incomparable" at all (at least for me).

Splatoon lacks any aim assist that other console shooters have, which makes gyro much better for precise aim. However you can still play with sticks and be fine, youll just be at a disadvantage.
