(using Inkay on system version 5.5.5E) whenever I try to go into NNID settings to change my timezone (i signed up online) and email (i've switched email address), i keep getting error 120-9023. has anybody else had this error, and what can i do to solve it?

i could change my timezone on 3DS, if that helps!
issue is, i have years of save data on my 3ds so i can't really switch to my pretendo account
