any solution for error 120-9023 in NNID/PNID settings on wii u? i get it whenever i try to open it, after i log in successfully.

gonna bring this up since it wasnt resolved: whenever i try and go to nnid settings (real wii u, 5.5.5E, because i need to change my region and email), i get error 120-9023. any solutions?

(using Inkay on system version 5.5.5E) whenever I try to go into NNID settings to change my timezone (i signed up online) and email (i've switched email address), i keep getting error 120-9023. has anybody else had this error, and what can i do to solve it?

keep getting this error when i try to connect to pretendo with splatoon, even tho Mario Maker worked fine. anybody know any solutions? (i am using Inkay and not SSSL if that matters)
