Spectral arrows first added in Minecraft Java 1.9 were planned to be added to the Wiiu Edition but were eventually canceled but still remains in the gamefiles as an unobtainable item. It can be fired with a bow/dispenser and leaves a partical trail behind. it has no other effect.

you can get out of the Nether by dispensing a horse into the buildblock boarder like shown and mounting and unmounting it. Can get on the Nether roof by exiting a boat thats under the top layer of the nether roof. Movement is possible by enetering and exeting minecarts.
