Does anyone else use 3D more now than back when 3DS was new and current? I do.

Has anyone else noticed this subtle spotty blurring effect on drawing posts? Idk if its common knowledge or just how Miiverse was, or if Im just going insane. Not a problem, just curious!
Also aknowledging the anniversary of the shutdown of miiverse, i really never knew of it until i got my wii u in 2019, but it seems like it was a good era
