This is a 3V3 Soccer minigame mode which is included in Metroid Prime: Federation Force as a minigame, but is also its own separate title. You shoot balls into goals with mecha suits, homing to soccer, and Rocket League.

Now i'm either going to get back to modding my 3DS or, help my sister escape the confines of Nintendo... and JOIN the ever-growing empire of Pretendo! :)
