i cant play mk7 online with my internet but i can at my friends house with his internet, but why?

why does pretendo only work with some internets? i cant play mk7 online with my internet but at my friends house it works

I can play mk7 online now i could before but it was something with my internet

I live in germany and i have a question.WHY can't play mk7 online?, it just doesn't work.
